Located outside of Asheville, North Carolina, Camp Ivanhoe is an all-inclusive overnight camp for adults over 18. Groups of friends or coworkers come together and leave behind the stresses of adult life by spending three blissful nights back at camp. Each camp weekend is filled with land and water sports, arts and crafts, nightly theme parties, gourmet meals, and all of your favorite classic camp activities.
The three main themes behind Camp Ivanhoe's brand are classic, fun, and relaxing. The brand's overall feel takes you back to the good old days. When viewers experience the design, it is important that it feels clean and spacious, much like Camp Ivanhoe itself. This camp throws adults back to a time when life was simpler. I wanted to visually communicate a classic feeling to put campers in that mindset. But overall, camp is for fun. The most important design strategy is creating visuals that make adults want to come back to camp.
