Grow Green is a 1,038-acre privately owned urban nature preserve located in Birmingham, Alabama. Their mission is to protect and manage Grow Green as a sanctuary for native species of plants and animals, and through the educational programs and community events foster an appreciation of the natural world.

For Grow Green's branding, the audience was heavily taken into consideration. Grow Green has a primary audience of parents and a secondary audience of children, so it was important to maintain a balance between the two. The logo combines the two Gs to create a leaf. The different levels of the leaf change color to represent growing upwards in a natural sense as well as an educational sense. For the rest of the branding, the leaf gets removed from the logo and creates a fun element to be used in many different applications.
